Ended up investing in a bogus trading… Ended up investing in a bogus trading operation claimed to be in the U.K. They were beginning to seem sketchy in a few days. After having a word with Reclaws’ representatives, they confirmed that it is unregulated. They handled my case perfectly and the result was satisfying.

Reclaws international scammers Reclaws international, instead of recovery of my scammed money, they scammed me and cutt off any communication. Brian Solis is the client relationship manager and also, their customer service site don't respond to my e mails. How do you deal with this situation, does the FBI handle these cases.

Especially Mr. Dave Hall is the most liar and manipulator that exists and everyone else I have had a case with them since 2019 and for more than a year I have been trying to communicate with them and nothing, they have changed their phones and emails, the Last time they told me that they had paid money equivalent to 50k without showing me or informing me of anything and they said that I would pay them which I denied. Since that moment they have not called again nor do they respond to the emails

I first engaged with Reclaws back in October 2018 after losing many many thousands of pounds to what turned out to be a Ponzi scheme disguised as a cryptocurrency trading platform, namely Primarycrypto and sister company Secondinvestments.com. Proven scams. Since losing more money to recovery scams, I came across Reclaws International and noticed many 5star reviews, so decided to contact them and had a lengthy chat with Brian Solis; seemed a nice chap and genuinely concerned for clients well-being. Although dubious I paid what was required for them to take up my claim as they guaranteed 80% recovery, and no mention of further financial input from me. Correspondence with Reclaws initially was frequent but gradually became sparse but occasionally received correspondence from my relationship manager.A renewed contract was drawn up in March 2022 showing what I was likely to get back including compensation. The figure of £40,000 indicated on the contract is what they claim to put in of their own money, into my case, this is just lies. From this time March 2022 my client relationship manager (Brian Solis) began contacting me via whatsApp only. He contacted me in March 2023 telling me that April 20th would be a big day for all involved and to wait for his call about the recovered funds. At this point they were not asking for anymore money.I contacted him in June 2023 for an update to which he replied they were waiting to hear from the lawyer’s. I still did not fully believe what I was being told and on no less than four occasion’s I asked Brian to please just tell me the truth as to whether they can get my money or not so I can get on with my life instead of waiting and living with hope. But he insisted I would get my money back, I have since tried to contact him via whatApp and email with no response and have also emailed the support team twice and had no response. To continue insisting I will get all my money back and telling me my case has been concluded and then not responding to my calls knowing full weIl there is no money coming, is downright cruel and worse than the scammers themselves.I therefore conclude that this company are no better than the scammers. if they can prove me wrong and honour our agreement I will gladly remove this review, However I won't be holding my breath. DO NOT ENGAGE WITH THEM!!!

Another Scam Reclaws international offered me to help, recovering my money from scammers. In the beginnig, three years ago, they communicated a lot, mostly in order to ask for higher retainers (upfront payments). After the retainer was paid, there was a total lack of communication. Officially because of the manager has been seriously sick. He has been sick a lot... When I started to ask for any kind of proof about their legal work, they should do for me, according to the contract, I have heared nothing of meaning. The only communication since then has been lots of announcements (all broken) and any kind of excuses about delay. This is going on for two years now. So I do have to suppose, reclaws International is nothing but another scam. I have lost a lot of money with them and received nothing, but a big loss of time. When I definitely asked for proof of their work, they disappeared and answered neither calls or mails any longer. I have tracked their e-mails and found out, they are all opened from a server in russia (80% likelihood). I strongly recommend not to trust them at all. If they should prove me wrong in supposing they are scammers, I will remove this statement immediately.
