Double frauded customer
CHAnother Scam Reclaws international offered me to help, recovering my money from scammers. In the beginnig, three years ago, they communicated a lot, mostly in order to ask for higher retainers (upfront payments). After the retainer was paid, there was a total lack of communication. Officially because of the manager has been seriously sick. He has been sick a lot... When I started to ask for any kind of proof about their legal work, they should do for me, according to the contract, I have heared nothing of meaning. The only communication since then has been lots of announcements (all broken) and any kind of excuses about delay. This is going on for two years now. So I do have to suppose, reclaws International is nothing but another scam. I have lost a lot of money with them and received nothing, but a big loss of time. When I definitely asked for proof of their work, they disappeared and answered neither calls or mails any longer. I have tracked their e-mails and found out, they are all opened from a server in russia (80% likelihood). I strongly recommend not to trust them at all. If they should prove me wrong in supposing they are scammers, I will remove this statement immediately.

MTBogus operation Contacted them 2 years ago to recover my money. They informed it would take approx 6 months with an 80% probability that they would succeed such that they would refund 5% of the fee. The fee was paid in 3 instalments, the first through Paypal then they insisted on bank transfer (obviously to avoid litigation through PayPal). Every query about my case was answered, in very bad English, by deferring the case saying it has proved difficult. After over 2 years they said that the company managed to transfer the funds to the island of Nevis and a class action would be required to try and recover the funds. At no point in time did they provide any third party evidence of their supposed work such as a court sentence. or auditor's report. The emails were always vacuous with the intention of delaying the matter. Ultimately they refused to refund the 5% claiming that they were successful in shutting down the company and its proxies. Obviously no proof was provided and the funds were not recovered. Waste of time, unprofessional service if not downright amateurs. Never once did they communicate anything with me unless I had asked them. This after they supposedly shut down companies. Stay away, at least one does not lose more money for a non existent service. Serious doubts about their operation. Reclaws have contacted me this morning (25 January) to discuss the case further. i will be holding further judgement until we can discuss the way forward. And....as is customary from Reclaws.....nothing materialised. If that were not enough, Reclaws also has the gall to flag my review as false despite over 2 1/2 years of correspondence. I was contacted by a customer service agent from Reclaws who offered 500 pounds for me to withdraw my review. This was promptly refused. He then asked for another week in order that he may liaise the appropriate compensation in order to close the case. And....as is customary from Reclaws.....nothing materialised. Nothing new there. However my review was verified by Trustpilot as genuine after I forwarded over 2 1/2 years of correspondence and also proof of payment. In conclusion, this is absolutely no way a serious company operates. Even a read of previous reviews can give a hint of this: the pidgin English, the lack of evidence, the empty promises and also the customary excuse that 'we tried to contact the client to no avail. I did respond to their call and I always replied to any emails. Not only so, oit was actually always me who had to badger them for an update on the case. Not once did they email me unless in response to my queries: no letters to institutions, no letters to banks, no court cases, no court decisions. Absolutely nothing. Their whole operation reeks of scam. One need only understand that had they been successful they would have definitely found a way to contact me even in the middle of the night and I would have definitely responded as I always did. Stay away, keep your money and just in case you are paying by installments and already paid some part, you would be better off accepting that nothing will materialise rather than pay the other installments. In conclusion I will leave you with but one of their pearls of wisdom, loyalty, perseverance and bla bla: We, i.e., "Reclaws International" provides you with 80% success guarantee in reclaiming your funds back. If we lose to recover your funds, then we assure you return guarantee of 5% if you have already paid 10% in advance. Just let it sink in that there is no way an international legal company with affiliates across the world would write in such a preposterous manner and broken syntax. Caveat emptor

AUThey are themselves scammers They are themselves scammers. Please don't be fooled by the vocabulary and the flashy emails. They are the same lowlife scum maggots that prey on honest people in order to relieve them of their hard - earned money . They should be sued and locked away. You have been warned.

HUBad decision to trust Reclaws International Reclaws International was supposed to recover our stolen money from CryptoMB. The supposed lawsuit is going on for a year now. Nothing happens, accept the representative of the company was asking for more money for a better settlement. This was in the beginning of May 2020. He also said the case is coming up in the court next week. We answered him immediately that we did not want to invest more money, we have not heard from him and his N.Y. phone number is now disconnected. He does not answer to our e mail, furthermore the company headquarter does not call back when we leave message. Looks like we lost again. This is only a warning for others not to trust this company.
