The experience was very negative The experience was very negative, contributed by the delayed/no replies to my messages of inquiries/requests. I sent multiple messages asking for clarification and then cancellation of the order but received no answers. I eventually got a message asking for my phone number. I thought I would be contacted by phone. Then the should be cancelled good arrived at my home. I then asked for a return and refund. It was declined without asking me what I felt was wrong with the item, but I was blamed for failing to read the terms of sale. I replied, seeking clarification on two things: 1. where in the entire advertisement and sale contract stated that the item was a replica, and 2. where is the “date stamp” on the replica bag? So far, I have received no replies. I understand that I got a 30-day window to initiate a refund request. By not answering my inquiries, I am afraid that the window will close soon. I must say that the experience has been the worst customer service I have experienced. I intend to file a report to Hermes and other responsible parties about the practice of forcing the sale of Hermes replicas on me.
