A great time saver at tax time! A great time saver at tax time! I had not kept my QuickBooks accounts up to date and my bank would only let me download 3 months of data. With MoneyThumb I was able to take older PDF statements, and get everything into QuickBooks. Really like the way the converter reconciles the statement so I know it was correct, and that I can automatically get the payee names to match up with QuickBooks. Awesome program!

Their QfxToQbo software does NOT work… Their QfxToQbo software does NOT work as advertised. If the bank you are using does not pay for a QID with QuickBooks (such as US Bank), you will NOT be able to upload the QBO file that is created. Instead, you will get the following error: YOU are trying to upload the web connect file with an account type that QuickBooks does not support. Please contact your Financial Institution for details.

I had a n issue that I reported to their support group and was dazzled by the turn around time to address it....immediate! Terrible customer support Terrible customer support I installed moneythum on India trip to my home pc and now I am back to Canada and they are saying there is no way they can uninstall or deactivate license on Indian PC. I do not have access to that pc anymore and after repeated email, they told me that they can cancel my renewal. Customer support team name is Amanda.

I spent almost $800 and this software… I spent almost $800 and this software doesn't work to convert files useable for Quickbooks. I sent support several messages; however, still having major issues. It advertised as easy to use, but I've spent 4 hours trying to figure out why its not working for me.
