Be very careful reading the positives Be very careful reading the positives. This software is horrible and the customer service is worse. I cancelled, but they claimed I updated my card! I most certainly did not, but they got it from a updater service that provides updated expired cards. I’m fine with updater services but subscriptions or important auto drafts etc, but not for a company I cancelled last year. Refuse to refund my money, apparently $100 is too important. Also, the software didn’t work… very complicated to convert a PDF that my new MacBook now does without software.

Terrible customer support Terrible customer support I installed moneythum on India trip to my home pc and now I am back to Canada and they are saying there is no way they can uninstall or deactivate license on Indian PC. I do not have access to that pc anymore and after repeated email, they told me that they can cancel my renewal. Customer support team name is Amanda.

I send my inquiry that person that help me I think she/he did not understande me or confused but what he/she sent me did not help and i try to fix it by my own by trying different things.

Fantastic software! Time saver. Highly recommend!! Fantastic software! I had to reconnect my QB account and my bank only went back 6 months. Using Money Thumb allowed me to upload years of statements in a few easy clicks and import them directly into Quickbooks. Saved me days of work! Easy to cancel too once I was done.
