CATerrible customer support Terrible customer support I installed moneythum on India trip to my home pc and now I am back to Canada and they are saying there is no way they can uninstall or deactivate license on Indian PC. I do not have access to that pc anymore and after repeated email, they told me that they can cancel my renewal. Customer support team name is Amanda.

GBI spent almost $800 and this software… I spent almost $800 and this software doesn't work to convert files useable for Quickbooks. I sent support several messages; however, still having major issues. It advertised as easy to use, but I've spent 4 hours trying to figure out why its not working for me.

GBAn amazing experience with Money Thumb An amazing experience with Money Thumb. The PDF Insights program does an super job and is really fast! Pricing is exceptionally low. I had a n issue that I reported to their support group and was dazzled by the turn around time to address it....immediate! Highly recommend them as a quality company that stands behind their product.

GBquick way to speed up importing to check register MoneyThumb has been a huge saving point for my company. Many clients do not send register information and we have to rely on the bank statement. This program gives us the ability to take the older statements (and the new) and import them for a variety of clients without logging into their banking portals. Plus it has a 'payee cleanup' feature to help remove the long descriptions on statements!
