GBMoney Thumb saves me so much time Money Thumb saves me so much time. Converting files to enable entering bank transactions into QB desktop in minutes not hours. Plus it is so accurate!

GBSaved me an unthinkable amount of time I'm a freelance photographer and I hate finances. I hate finance software. I hate paying a hundred bucks for software that turns one kind of text file into another kind of text file. I hate organizing bank statements and logging my expenses. I don’t know what kind of wizards there are at MoneyThumb, but PDF2CSV is straight voodoo. I’m a degenerate who lapsed on filing taxes from a couple years ago and I only had bank statement PDF's. I tried some cheaper, crappier programs to turn them into CSV’s with no luck. I was apprehensive about buying the program, but after seeing how accurately and quickly the demo converted the documents, I bought it and have since used it for three years worth of statements. It has saved me an unthinkable amount of time over thousands of transactions. I have never reviewed a software company to throw gratitude at a product, but I just wanted to say thank you for such an productive piece of software.

GBMoneythumb CSV2QBO for $59.95 didn't… Moneythumb CSV2QBO for $59.95 didn't offer any additional features for me than imported a plain CSV file. The website was misleading. You can find a trial version to see if it will work before spending time & money.

GBTwo Issues with what I purchased… Two Issues with what I purchased pdf2csv converter software I bought. (1) It did not work for some of the image-based pdf bank statements and I had to buy another annual subscription PDF+ (2) It is a good UI Desktop version. But, does not allow users to invoke from a common prompt with arguments to run it inside another excel based programs.

GBBe very careful reading the positives Be very careful reading the positives. This software is horrible and the customer service is worse. I cancelled, but they claimed I updated my card! I most certainly did not, but they got it from a updater service that provides updated expired cards. I’m fine with updater services but subscriptions or important auto drafts etc, but not for a company I cancelled last year. Refuse to refund my money, apparently $100 is too important. Also, the software didn’t work… very complicated to convert a PDF that my new MacBook now does without software.
