Happily fully recommend Let's face it: the trademark process is a rather bewildering experience for regular folks, especially when it comes to navigating the various portals and electronic "forms" that the US government requires. Even creating an account at USPTO and verifying your identity could have tripped me up. These folks were with me every step of the way with clear instructions, and had provided various early heads-up that helped make the final steps relatively straightforward. Their search is comprehensive, and if you listen to Chris and follow what they tell you to do for the various aspects of it all, it moves along swimmingly. Value-wise you get more for less cost than with any other firm I'm aware of. I am very appreciative of TMExpress's work and am happy to give them my full recommendation.

Why I went from 3 to 5 stars I initially didn't rate TME this high, but the reality of the initial rating is that a lot of the rating was more from my side - not the TME side. TME came back with good explanations to my (self-induced?) frustration of the process. TME did their job right and I learned that it's also the customer's (me) responsibility to read things carefully and ask questions when something is not understood. The tutorials provided when finalizing the process with the USPTO are very helpful and make the final process easy. The whole Team at TME has been very responsive and helpful, too. Final assessment - I am satisfied with TME's work and won't hesitate to recommend them to anyone who wants to file any trademark. So, from 3 to 5 stars after all! TME earned those 5 stars!
