GBExtremely professional and Worth every penny I am a guy who do my own taxes, so when someone suggested Documitra to me for my newborn OCI, I was skeptical. But then VFS process is too cumbersome and confusing and needs hours of our time, which I didn't have. So I thought to try and I am so glad I did. GBI wish I went to Documitra first. Documitra staff was easy to contact (not on weekends) and answered all my questions. I tried applying for my OCI directly with VFS and it was ridiculously confusing. I must have wasted hours and hours trying to figure out what VFS wanted. If I went first to Documitra, it would have saved me a lot of time and grief.
