GBMiracle workers, tricky process Miracle workers with respect to accomplishing the task in a record amount of time. Initial communication about what an "appointment" means and how the process works was not clear, but I think that is because everyone has different needs and technology abilities. Some might need a physical location with someone to help them, pictures, scan documents, etc., others are completely tech savvy and can do it all from home, most probably need something in between like at a Fedex scan/print location.
