Melissa is a 5 star woman Melissa was kind when we missed the first connection and while we were having troubles with WiFi she stayed professional and courteous. She helped do some extra as I had not filled out my forms beforehand, so I really appreciated that. Thank you for making, what is for me, something stressful into an easy 5 minutes session.

Courteous and professional I interacted with two notaries and both were helpful and also very professional. I had a special request and it was acceded to without making me feel I didn't know what I was doing (even though I'm not a lawyer). It was worth every dollar to not have to go out and find a notary in person!
