We ended up resolving the problem on our own by submitting invoices to Amazon while "Amazon Sellers Attorney" was still struggling to get their act together and create the appeals. They kept transferring our case around to various people and were very slow to respond or do anything. They did not follow our directions and did not address our questions. They gave the impression that, because their fee is non-refundable, they don't feel they have an obligation to do a good job. We want our money back.
