We paid the pricey fee, signed the papers and they said that they would get started. On the ride home I said to my husband what did we just do? Well this was the best investment that we ever made. I heard from their office every week to keep us informed what was happening. After a few months, I was really getting very nervous but they assured me that sometimes it does take a long time. Today we finally received a letter from the Attorney’s office stating that we have been effectively terminated from our interest in our time share and we are no longer the owner.
