They did what they promised TRT kept their commitment to eliminate my timeshare that I could no longer take advantage of. They gave me confidence by communicating with me on a regular basis. They did what they promised they would do in a timely fashion. I am very grateful for all their help.

Does not deliver on promises… They make all these great promises upfront, then when they can not deliver they find excuses not to live up to the 100% refund they mention upfront.
