GBI use Pave daily! I use Pave on an almost daily basis to help advise companies on how to hire the best technical professionals. The product seems to get better every quarter and I'm excited to see how they expand.

GBFalse avertisement..waste of money.. I have been lured by your false advertisement. Credit score was not increased. You made me fool. Initially, I have been told it takes 3 months to improve, then 6 months. I have paid for 9 months by now and have been asked to wait 12 months. The company ownership/name was changed too. It only helps to see credit score but I can see that with free website. Total waste of money!

GBThe way comp analysis should be done We are very happy with Pave overall. It feels like the way compensation analysis should have always been done, it lets you enter in what you're looking for, filter down, and get results back quickly. So far we haven't had any major issues. My only big ask would be tighter integration with our HRIS so we can see a bigger-picture view of where people are or aren't calibrated to the comp bands that Pave provides.

Pave makes this simple, and their merit cycle planning tools are exactly what we needed. There's no reason not to use Pave.
