I love having the opportunity to compare companies in the same growth stage as we are. I love having the opportunity to benchmark compensation by comparing companies in similar growth stages. That's something that adds a lot of value to our compensation strategy. Love it!

The way comp analysis should be done We are very happy with Pave overall. It feels like the way compensation analysis should have always been done, it lets you enter in what you're looking for, filter down, and get results back quickly. So far we haven't had any major issues. My only big ask would be tighter integration with our HRIS so we can see a bigger-picture view of where people are or aren't calibrated to the comp bands that Pave provides.
