I feel fortunate to get Attorney Jianmin Zhou — with his impressive education/experience credentials — as my legal rep helping protect some important intellectual property. He did everything quickly & cheaply compared to the time & money I’d have expended trying (as a “rocket scientist”) to do it by myself. They're not lawyer I don't know if these people are lawyers are not... but I used them to file my sou because it was denied I thought they would be able to help me however they only provide with the same information the Examiner already provided me with. I asked what services can they provide me They never reply they kept sending the reasons my trademark was denied which i already knew why. I called The Examiner for my trademark and told him I had a lawyer on my case he told me no lawyer was listed which was strange so I wrote them to ask what lawyer is assigned to my trademark and I got no response that was two days ago.. so today I asked for a refund
