A review well deserved Sam helped me resolve an issue with the IRS regarding a substantial amount of federal back taxes. I’m writing this review because two things stood out to me that I thought were worthy of sharing. First, Sam’s command of tax law and IRS policy. Because of the depth of his knowledge, he was able to identify options for me that I did not know existed. Second, his payment arrangements. Excellent consult Mr Landis wasn't able to fully enlighten me on my question, but that is only because i do not yet (yet) live in California and my inquiries regarding state school tuition are highly specific and varied.
