No effort There was no real effort by the team to help. We had a sizable tax burden and they didn't do anything to try and negotiate that with the IRS. and while the team did communicate with us (barely), we were left unsatisfied with the lack of effort and advice. There was no benefit to us in any way in hiring SCL. We would not recommend.

Excellent consult Mr Landis wasn't able to fully enlighten me on my question, but that is only because i do not yet (yet) live in California and my inquiries regarding state school tuition are highly specific and varied. Still, in our brief (phone) conversation, he was friendly, highly informative, and he clearly has an expansive knowledge of tax law. I would (and likely will) consult with him again.
