GBRUN AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY I am writing to express my dissatisfaction with Trademark Grabber regarding the delay in receiving the serial number for my trademark application. On 02/13/2024, I submitted and paid for an application for trademark registration with the Trade Mark Grabber . However, despite the considerable time that has elapsed since the submission, I have yet to receive a serial number for my application which was supposed to be delivered in 3 to 4 weeks at the latest. It has been over 2 months and no one is picking up my phone. I have phone records calling them over 10 times, but also calling them daily with zero response. This delay has caused significant inconvenience and uncertainty regarding the status of my trademark registration. As a business owner, it is imperative that I secure the necessary intellectual property protections for my brand in a timely manner to prevent any potential infringements or unauthorized usage. I have made multiple attempts to contact my representative Henry Wilson via phone and email to inquire about the status of my application, but have not received any response . Shawn West (my case manager) who involved with the ID.ME process has been very unprofessional. He stated l needed to purchase a trademark for my logo otherwise l cannot get my serial number. They created an alias email address where the receipts are to be sent , which means l have no access. Therefore, I kindly request an urgent investigation into the matter and expedited processing of my trademark application. I understand the importance of due process in trademark registration, but the prolonged delay in this case is causing undue hardship and uncertainty for my business. I trust that you will address this matter with the urgency and attention it deserves. Thank you for your prompt attention to this issue. I look forward to receiving a resolution at the earliest possible convenience.
