As Scammy As It Gets These guys claim to have a team of attorneys that submit your trademark applications. THEY ARE NOT ATTORNEYS! They said it would take about 2 weeks to get my trademark app serial number. They did nothing for 4 weeks except waste my time then tried to upsell me while my application was "in process". They said that in order to submit the trademark applications they would do it directly in my personal USPTO account and said they needed my personal USPTO account credentials. Red alert! I immediately called USPTO to find out what the process is for attorneys to submit a trademark application. Without hesitation, the USPTO rep advised me not to give out my personal account credentials. She then told me the process that attorneys go through to submit the trademark on behalf of an applicant. I have also submitted a trademark through an attorney before and any attorney that does this on a regular basis has their own account with USPTO, and can submit your trademark linked to you under their account. Don't be fooled. That is absolutely not how it's done. Look on USPTO's website about the process for attorney's to file on your behalf. I asked my case manager Steven for the Trademark Founders attorney name who would submit my application and the bar registration number. He refused to give me either of these citing "internal compliance". Wouldn't even give me the name of the firm so I could look them up to make sure they're legit. BEWARE if you're thinking of using them. They talk a good talk but don't deliver, and who knows what other intentions they have with accessing your ID Verified USPTO account.
