When we asked for help we were sent to … When we asked for help we were sent to a probate contact? We don’t need info on probate. We want general information and beneficiaries. Also I paid $300 for attorney. Yet I have no clue and how to speak to one. This is fixable I just need help.

They guide you through the usual sections of a will / estate plan, give you an idea of the options for each section, and let you accept or customize for yourself (and/or your spouse if you are creating both at once). Read through the doc carefully when they finish the guided creation process...I did go back in to the questions and revise answers once or twice when I read the finished document. It includes directions on next steps, etc.
