Guided creation of a valid will. They guide you through the usual sections of a will / estate plan, give you an idea of the options for each section, and let you accept or customize for yourself (and/or your spouse if you are creating both at once). Read through the doc carefully when they finish the guided creation process...I did go back in to the questions and revise answers once or twice when I read the finished document. It includes directions on next steps, etc.

keeping it … Trust and Will have made things simpler without having to get an attorney involved. I always wanted to get a trust to leave for my love ones without it having to be too expensive and sophisticated. Thank you for keeping it simple for me.

Highly recommend was happy with the way the documents… I was happy with the way the documents were organized and the availability of accessing help with specific questions. Initially, it was all so daunting to do this on my own but with the list of steps provided and many of my questions pre-emotive answered I was able to complete setting up my Trust and Pour Over will. It saved me thousands of dollars doing it this way versus hiring a private estate lawyer.

My sister My sister, a former tech savvy road warrior, was named Executor. She was never able to gain access to view my Estate Plan. After a couple of attempts to resolve the issue with assistance of the Support Department, Trust and Will stopped communicating.
