After reading the final product, many of the questions and answers necessary to complete my QDRO I would not have know how to ask or answer or direct you to answer in my behalf. I certainly needed help from someone who has local knowledge. I do not believe the general boiler plate language you provide would work in this instance as I did not know how to direct it.
