I have used their service to set up my… I have used their service to set up my LLC and I thought everything was going fine until I saw an unknown charge on my credit card. I didn’t receive any invoice, or receipt about this charge and whenever I tried to contact their customer service, they have not once picked up the phone. I’ve called more than 15 times, left multiple messages, left emails and nothing. Anytime I try to access my account (I have to reset my password) the website tells me “my reset link is invalid”. So I basically have no way of going into the account to see what the charge was about. I am so frustrated and annoyed at their customer service, just because of this I would never recommend this to anyone.

Easy Process They team made the process simple and clear - costs were transparently explained.And any follow-up questions were quickly responded to so it made things easier. I'm not sure how things go with the EIN number.

Super Simple but too Simple Really was happy with the service, simple, efficient and well priced compared to competitors. Love to know that everything is able to be opted into, and that we can maintain our own filing or have the assistance of betterlegal. The only thing that made it lose a star was that for our registered agents here in GA we need an email address for the agent. BetterLegal didn't provide this. I took an educated guess as to what email address to use, but hopefully this isn't a future issue.
