Online course missing topics on the State Exam Went to take the State Exam yesterday, 4/27/2024. I felt pretty confident, since I reviewed the material in the online course. To my surprise, about 50% of the State Exam had questions that were not covered in the online course, i.e. quitclaim deed, deed of reconveyance. I'll be surprised if I pass the state exam. I don't recommend using this online course with the current material it covers.

Really enjoyed the class Really enjoyed the tutorials and examples used to assist with getting the main points across. Information was presented in a well thought out manner. I like how you could review the exam to see where any mistakes were made, certainly helps to know where you went wrong.

I loved the fact it was taught in a verbal lessons as your would have in person! The illustrations added to the videos allowed me to follow along as well. I've yet to take my exam, but I'm feeling confident I'll pass with no problems!

Thank you for your help Thank you for your help. I learned so much concerning proper notarization. I was harmed by two Minnesota notaries. I am a California Notary - I know now minimum why the Minnesota Notaries acts were unlawful due to your education. I am glad to know that I am officer of the court too.

This course was great! This course was great! Extremely well organized and well presented. The examples and images of real people will stick in my mind forever--and help me remember facts during the exam. The guy in the hospital with multiple casts that needed a friend to get a Proof of Execution by a Subscribing Witness--such a good example to help me remember the required scenario. There was enough repetition to make the information really stick. Soooo happy I chose this course provider!
