charged way to much I was told I'd be charged $39.99 for the month + each month I needed it. I got charged over $400 Canadian $299 US. I was notctokd that ahead of time. They said you can cancel anytime. They said I'mnit gettingthe $39.99 back whuch is a connection fee. Not happy!

All you have to do is read all my comments to see why I should receive 100% refund. Not Satisfied. Why would Complete On-line Divorce charge me $418.09 After submitting my 20ish questions I called their customer service too cancel. Pretty much he (customer service agent) said too bad their policy shows once submitted no 100% refund. It's sad when the customer service agent sounds like word for word as the print out reply from Complete On-line Divorce when I sent my review. Helpful and hurtful at the same time. Although they were very helpful, I was given an incorrect address which led to my money order being returned. Due to financial hardship, I severely needed money and the return money order to provide for my children and I have yet been able to save up enough money again to file my divorce. Had the address not been given incorrectly, it would've never been returned and I would have finalized my divorce by now.
