GBThe automated online questionnaire were… The automated online questionnaire were wrong and not helpful. They did not compete the forms correctly and I had to fix them manually. Doing the manually from the start would have been easier.

GBHello Divorce made the process simple… Hello Divorce made the process simple and easy to understand and complete. I was able to work closely with one person throughout the process who took initiative to follow up with me, make sure all my questions were answered and documentation was accurate. Would definitely recommend!

GBRecommend for simple divorce Overall, I would recommend Hello Divorce for a simple divorce but not otherwise. Fortunately my ex-spouse and I were agreeable and amicable about most things but if that had not been the case I don't think Hello Divorce would have been helpful. We had issues with automated forms and the general procedure for submitting forms (specifically spousal support)

CHGreat service Excellent service. Quite transparent throughout the entire process and good at keeping up with deadlines for a divorce. For a divorce done mostly remotely, they had all the necessary tools for the expected difficulties. Highly recommend and worth the price.

GBHellodivorce was a complete waste of… Hellodivorce was a complete waste of money. They failed to tell us about the timeline and failed to tell us about quicker options until it was too late. Their service promises to review filings to make sure that things are submitted correctly but I was the one that found several of their repeated mistakes. When they did file, the court rejected it because they failed to find other mistakes that they should have known. It took twice as long using their service than if we had just done it ourselves. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!! HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
