GBGreat promise -- and decent savings… Great promise -- and decent savings over using an attorney. But some software glitches were frustrating, where certain fields in the child support calculations wouldn't calculate correctly and a few other places. Liked that we were able to consult with an attorney for an hourly fee -- but they took a long time to get back to us. And in general that was the issue--the amount of time it took for response. Felt like with a bit more confidence in the process we could have just filed on our own for about 1/3 of the hello divorce cost.
