Never again!!! Hired an immigration attorney and we set a general timeline of when I needed certain paperwork done. Knowing that I was in a rush, it took her 5 months to fill out my application, then it got rejected because she didn’t fill it out right. Now 5 months after she submitted my second application, (which took her another 8 weeks to resubmit basic paperwork) she submitted my paperwork for the wrong country and it got rejected again. After spending 1300$ you would think things would get done correctly. Also, it was extremely hard to get a hold of her. I would sent emails to follow up and I wouldn’t hear back for months. My entire immigration timeline is extremely thrown off due to the inadequate lawyer I got paired with. She closed my case months ago and I’m stuck having to scramble to find another lawyer that can submit this. I hired her in June 2023, it’s April 2024 and I’m still in the same spot I was in last year.

Unacceptable Customer Service… I had a call today from a female intake specialist. As I started explaining my case she disconnected the call. I thought it was an accident, but then I received an email stating that they didn't have an attorney to work on my case, although I had yet to explain the case. Very bad impression.
