GBServices paid for Rendered Paid for the Will, Living Trust, etc. Package through AARP's site recommendation and instant referral. Logged in, completed will portion. Site would not let me print and download the will. Website stated need to purchase package again. Contacted customer support the same day. A week later, have received no response. Canceling package and notifying AARP of poor service.

GBI payed and filled out the forms on… I payed and filled out the forms on line and I haven't herd from anyone in over a week. I called the layer on my email no answer no return phone call. Stating to think I was scammed. I will not recommend this company nor will I say anything good about it in the further I assure you, unless this issue gets resolved very soon.
