Never received the form, called the customer support and sat on hold for 45 minutes. A total waste of time. Avoid, Avoid, Avoid. A scam

deceptive website The free trial turned out to be expensive. The website doesn't make it possible to cancel your subscription & there's no contact from FormsPal when the trial period is about to end. It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.
