deceptive website The free trial turned out to be expensive. The website doesn't make it possible to cancel your subscription & there's no contact from FormsPal when the trial period is about to end. It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.

Avoid at all costs avoid at all costs! First, I was lured in by the "free" form ad. Filled out all the blanks and at the end it made me pay for a one-time $37 for the form I was requesting.
