Some tips were helpful, though. I had some trouble filling out contact details and made several mistakes. Fortunately, I could correct them without going through the whole thing again. Couldn’t find where to put e-signatures. The customer support turned out to be very friendly and patient. I had to cancel the subscription after a free trial since I rarely create any legal documents, and the cancellation was easy enough.

It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.
