Used this app for the trial period Used this app for the trial period. Was charged a fee of $39.99 anyway. Tried to log in to cancel and every page is blank, keeps telling me the email is incorrect even though the receipt for the withdrawal was sent to my email! Called customer service, no answer after an hour! Not to mention customer service hours are 2AM-12PM EST!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

deceptive website The free trial turned out to be expensive. The website doesn't make it possible to cancel your subscription & there's no contact from FormsPal when the trial period is about to end. It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.

I am happy and satisfied that websites… I am happy and satisfied that websites such as this exist. As a student and a young adult, these forms come handy often and are hard to source because lots of times you end up with paperwork that is outdated.. Formspal keeping things fresh and up to date.
