Used this app for the trial period Used this app for the trial period. Was charged a fee of $39.99 anyway. Tried to log in to cancel and every page is blank, keeps telling me the email is incorrect even though the receipt for the withdrawal was sent to my email! Called customer service, no answer after an hour! Not to mention customer service hours are 2AM-12PM EST!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Do not use this site, doesn’t work Absolutely horrible. Program doesn’t work properly, deleted all my progress, didn’t print my forms to pdf properly, all the formatting was completely destroyed and more than half the information/text was missing. I would give 0 stars if possible, never using this awful site again. You’re better off handwriting your documents.

I am happy and satisfied that websites… I am happy and satisfied that websites such as this exist. As a student and a young adult, these forms come handy often and are hard to source because lots of times you end up with paperwork that is outdated.. Formspal keeping things fresh and up to date. Thanks for the trial There are tons of important legal paperwork and agreements that comes handy in every life situation and I've definitely got a few already. They have a trial so you can test out everything pretty easily.

Form vanished, work gone. I spend quite a bit of time filling out a form, clicked "done" and was asked to create an account. I did so and choose the trial option, but was still required to enter payment info. Since I wanted my firm, I went ahead and did so, only to have my form and all my work vanish. Even though I now have an account, I will never be returning to this site.
