Some tips were helpful, though. I had some trouble filling out contact details and made several mistakes. Fortunately, I could correct them without going through the whole thing again. Couldn’t find where to put e-signatures. The customer support turned out to be very friendly and patient. I had to cancel the subscription after a free trial since I rarely create any legal documents, and the cancellation was easy enough.

deceptive website The free trial turned out to be expensive. The website doesn't make it possible to cancel your subscription & there's no contact from FormsPal when the trial period is about to end. It's set up this way on purpose to dupe people into thinking they're getting something for free. I strongly urge people not to use this website.

Tried to log in to cancel and every page is blank, keeps telling me the email is incorrect even though the receipt for the withdrawal was sent to my email! Called customer service, no answer after an hour! Not to mention customer service hours are 2AM-12PM EST!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
