Form vanished, work gone. I spend quite a bit of time filling out a form, clicked "done" and was asked to create an account. Used this app for the trial period Used this app for the trial period. Was charged a fee of $39.99 anyway. Tried to log in to cancel and every page is blank, keeps telling me the email is incorrect even though the receipt for the withdrawal was sent to my email! Called customer service, no answer after an hour! Not to mention customer service hours are 2AM-12PM EST!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!
