Used this app for the trial period Used this app for the trial period. Was charged a fee of $39.99 anyway. Tried to log in to cancel and every page is blank, keeps telling me the email is incorrect even though the receipt for the withdrawal was sent to my email! Called customer service, no answer after an hour! Not to mention customer service hours are 2AM-12PM EST!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!

Used it to create a lease agreement Used it to create a lease agreement. Generally, my experience was nice. The form was fine, but I still needed to do some research on local requirements. Some tips were helpful, though. I had some trouble filling out contact details and made several mistakes. Fortunately, I could correct them without going through the whole thing again. Couldn’t find where to put e-signatures. The customer support turned out to be very friendly and patient. I had to cancel the subscription after a free trial since I rarely create any legal documents, and the cancellation was easy enough.

Do not use this site, doesn’t work Absolutely horrible. Program doesn’t work properly, deleted all my progress, didn’t print my forms to pdf properly, all the formatting was completely destroyed and more than half the information/text was missing. I would give 0 stars if possible, never using this awful site again. You’re better off handwriting your documents.

Thanks for the trial There are tons of important legal paperwork and agreements that comes handy in every life situation and I've definitely got a few already. They have a trial so you can test out everything pretty easily.
