Love CorpNet (and especially Alicia) I've trusted CorpNet since I did my original LLC filing almost 10 years ago. Speaking with Alicia Rios today reminded me why. She took time to explain all of the fees to me, in plain language, and assured me that she and CorpNet are there to educate and look out for their clients, but never to push anything on them that isn't necessary.
