My wife just had her second major… My wife just had her second major surgery on her back. She now has 4 steel rods 6 plates and 14 screws in her back. She is in constant pain and suffers from migraines since her car accident. She was crashed into from behind at an estimated 55 MPH. The Trial Pro attorney never informed us that we should go to trial and encouraged us to settle. My wife walked away with $5000.00 dollars. Oh, and we had to pay for the two major surgeries.
