Probation Termination, Warrent Recall, & Record Expungement Scott Dicus is an amazing lawyer. I hired him to expunge my record based off other people's reviews of him. When he went to expunge them, I was informed that I had a warrant out for one of my cases, and that some papers had been misfiled therefore my probation had not been terminated previously. Scott went and saw the judge, got my warrant recalled. From there we built a case for why my probation should be terminated and it was granted. After that, he expunged both of my cases. He was very good with communication. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family if ever needed.
