GBI needed to have a prior DUI case expunged for licensing reasons and it was a pleasure of an experience !! The process was very simple with virtually everything done via E-mail other than the live signature on the court document. Scott was very prompt returning "all" email correspondence. Wasn't much of a need for a lot of phone conversations so other than the initial conversation and the live signature and a 49 cent stamp, everything was handled electronically and quickly. Scott explained how the process would work along with timing and everything panned out exactly as he said it would. Great experience and I would recommend his services.

GBProbation Termination, Warrent Recall, & Record Expungement Scott Dicus is an amazing lawyer. I hired him to expunge my record based off other people's reviews of him. When he went to expunge them, I was informed that I had a warrant out for one of my cases, and that some papers had been misfiled therefore my probation had not been terminated previously. Scott went and saw the judge, got my warrant recalled. From there we built a case for why my probation should be terminated and it was granted. After that, he expunged both of my cases. He was very good with communication. I would absolutely recommend him to friends and family if ever needed.
