Patient, timely, detailed and thorough I am completely new to the Trademark process. After interviewing several lawyers to help, TrustTree was a clear choice because of the detailed answers (and patience in answering my questions). A pleasure to deal with We filed 3 new US Trade Marks using Trust Tree. They were friendly, helpful and so far the process has been smooth and hassle free. They seem to be good value for money although payment up front was a little tedious (we are a medium sized UK based Trade Mark firm so we were expecting some sort of credit terms, requiring our client to pay us up front was out of the ordinary for them).
