Steve Jessup and his assistant Vanessa… Steve Jessup and his assistant Vanessa were incredible. Anytime I had a question (and I had plenty) the answer was quick. He helped me look at all sides of the equation and come up with the method of action, which since I had 30yrs in the insurance business, was what I wanted and needed. Anyone will tell you, the ERISA game is skewed in the insurance company's favor so although the result was not what I had hoped, it was by far better than most when dealing with these for-profit, money hungry Insurance Companies (Hartford). My disability claim was denied My disability claim was denied. I used another lawyer and still denied. I was at a dead end. With failing health and 2 special need children at home.
