They followed through and were able to cancel my timeshare.

Found this company at our Home Show in… Found this company at our Home Show in Tucson, Az. Have been looking to get rid of several time shares for several years. Tried a couple of companies that never delivered. Personally interviewed the personal at this companies location in Phoenix, Az. Came away feeling good about the them. After reviewing their info. and searching the internet about them, we decided to give them a try. Great decision. With their lawyers contacting our time share companies, success has already come. I'd recommend going with this company as their record of success precedes them.

Hired VOC to terminate timeshare contracts with two timeshare companies… My wife and I hired VOC to terminate our contract with two timeshare properties. We were paying out over $2,000 each year for the maintenance fees. VOC was able to sell the properties to other people and have filed the quit claims to remove our involvement with the timeshare entities. We figured it was better to extricate ourselves from the annual maintenance fees by hiring VOC with a 2+ years 'cost balance' of zero $0. We are happy that the paying of maintenance fees is behind us.

VOC helped us get out of our time after… VOC helped us get out of our time after having the time suspend our membership and block our use for not paid hoa money the way they felt we should. We then began recieving letters so we decided to get out of our time share and was told we couldn't because of the contract. We called VOC and they explained what we needed to do in order to get out of their trap and increasing costs. We followed VOC'S directions and excitedly waited for the results (12 months), it only took 6 months and we are free and clear. It was money best spent for the freedom from the time share!
