LKPleasant experience I forgot to cancel my subscription on time and was charged $38.9 after the trial period ended. Lealyn from support was very efficient and helped me get a partial refund back :-)

GBI GIVE ZERO STARS I GIVE ZERO STARS. I would give this company a zero if I could for customer service. I used the service one-time on a trial basis. I missed the email they sent the same day stating following the 7-day trial I would be enrolled in a monthly subscription. I never received another email from them nor have I ever logged back into the account since the first time. I recently realized I've been paying them monthly for seven months, and the subscription price went up during that time without warning or communication. In total I have paid $279.65. When I contacted customer service they attempted to solve the problem by refunding me one month. When I said I appreciated the one-month and would take it but would still be contacting my cc company, Trust Pilot and BBB they told me they would not be able to refund me at all if I chose to pursue other options. They absolutely could, and I feel should, refund me for the six months I never used the service.

GBcalled about cancelling my account in…Customer Service called about cancelling my account in January that was not done. However, Camille the agent was very helpful and explained everything to me and what procedures to follow. She did an excellent job and most of all I could understand her which is a big plus now days with customer service. I'm sure she will be an asset to your company moving forward.
