Terrible - are the reviews fake? I was excited to use this company but they were TERRIBLE! Their website didn't work, they didn't respond to any emails and several tries then, to add insult to injury, they left me in a huge bind. I have no idea how they got so many stars unless the reviews are FAKE. I noticed that the other review account is CLOSED it begs the question of FAKE REVIEWS - who knows?
