GBDoug I think you did an OK job of negotiating my settlement however you did a terrible job of keeping me up dated on what was going on. Often I would hear from the IRS what I needed to do and then hear from you 2-3 weeks later the same thing.

GBI didn't know where to turn to ask for help I had a tax problem which was huge to me as a senior citizen living on a limited income. I had a one-time income boost which was used to pay off some debts. My income didn't have anywhere near enough to pay the tax bill. I called DTP in desperation to see if they would accept me as a small client. Rob Scott politely explained that my amount was not within their range to do any good. He did recommend a step that I could take to get an adjustment on my account. I followed the recommendation and was successful is reducing my burden. It helped me a great deal when I had no way to find a solution otherwise.

GBI can finally Sleep at night! Pretty much what the title says.. For months I had the IRS constantly on my back.. due to family issues I unfortunately got caught behind with Uncle Sam and therefore my tax issues where going through the roof. I decided enough was enough and consulted Defense Tax to solve my tax issues. They fortunately got me into a CNC and I couldn't be happier.
