Doug I think you did an OK job of negotiating my settlement however you did a terrible job of keeping me up dated on what was going on. Often I would hear from the IRS what I needed to do and then hear from you 2-3 weeks later the same thing.

I can finally Sleep at night! Pretty much what the title says..
