They care and are excellent at what they do. Spencer is very professional, patient, calm and re-assuring. The other reviews are dead on. He is like and old friend that has your back. He will get to the bottom of your issue in a timely manner. Extremely prompt on returning texts and phone calls too. He takes a personal interest in your crisis and offers helpful advice along the way - Things I would never had thought of. Guess that's why they are so successful. On a scale of 1 to 10, these guys are a 15!! I was desperate, hurt, and super nervous. Never have I needed investigative services - I mean does anyone ever anticipate needing a private investigator??
