They care and are excellent at what they do. Spencer is very professional, patient, calm and re-assuring. The other reviews are dead on. He is like and old friend that has your back. He will get to the bottom of your issue in a timely manner. Extremely prompt on returning texts and phone calls too. He takes a personal interest in your crisis and offers helpful advice along the way - Things I would never had thought of. Guess that's why they are so successful. I think they're great! Kelly was instrumental in a very complicated divorce. He provided surveillance video that was perfect - exactly what my attorney said he would do AND he was able to locate some bank accounts that my husband was using to hide money. I was shocked at the amounts in these accounts after my attorney subpoenaed the transactions. Married 25 years and he was hiding money for, at least, 12 of those years.
