They care and are excellent at what they do. Spencer is very professional, patient, calm and re-assuring. The other reviews are dead on. He is like and old friend that has your back. He will get to the bottom of your issue in a timely manner. Extremely prompt on returning texts and phone calls too. He takes a personal interest in your crisis and offers helpful advice along the way - Things I would never had thought of. Guess that's why they are so successful. Lost, Alone, But Not Down & Out I came to these guys lost and alone. The help and true caring received was, not only unexpected, but welcomed and reassuring.
