Due to circumstances on my end, he left the firm before my case was filed. Jordan eagerly stepped in to help. Wrong advice My experience with this firm was not good. I was trying to file for bankruptcy and Matthew Podolsky advised me that I qualify for Chapter 7 however after providing all documents and paying them in full… Mr. Alex Drowning reviewed my case and told me that I don’t qualify for chapter 7 instead that I’ll qualify for chapter 13 and he explained me why however I decided not to proceed with the case do to the wrong advice and miscommunication also they don’t refund the full amount only an small portion. I wouldn't recommend anyone this firm.

A finance company came after me 8 years … A finance company came after me 8 years after my foreclosure to pay a deficiency of 40,000 dollars. They were going to garnish my wages, spoke we several attorneys prior. It didn't feel comfortable, like all they wanted was my money. Jordan made me feel comfortable, he explained everything in terms I could understand. He was able to get me into a chapter 7 and give me a fresh start. Jordan turned a very stressful situation into a positive one. He totally saved me and my family, I highly recommend him, he goes way beyond to take care of you.

Biggest waste of cash 3 years and $10,000 later all I got was a temporary order that's not in affect anymore. Not a good Father's right lawyer they go for the minimum and don't even fight hard to get that they lay back and get nothing done I wouldn't recommend to anyone thanks Sara and Matthew for wasting my time and hard earned money
