Very happy customer My agent was Jason. He was very professional and gave me honest opinions about my credit scores and tips to improve my credit score. Not like other site, you don’t have to pay before you get to talk to agent. If not nessesary to use their repair program, they will tell you that. No false promises. I am very happy with his knowledgeble and professional services.

Amazing results with Pyramid Credit Repair! Overall great experience with Pyramid Credit Repair! My credit score started in the dumps and I didn't have any clue on where to start for it to get better. I will be buying a house in the next year so repairing my credit was necessary. Jason and his team work with you ever step of the way and conduct honest business which is very RARE when it comes to credit repair. Overall I would recommend them.

Not just trying to "sell" me I contacted a couple of companies to review how to improve my credit scores after having some issues some time back.I didnt see that I had any directly adverse stuff to be dealt with, maybe it was just still residual from my bad period. I was told by other companies that it was a long process and I needed all of these services which of course cost a lot of money on a monthly basis. When Jason from Pyramid interviewed me he said it was not worth spending the money as it was just a matter of time for my scores to creep back up. He did give me a couple of pointers that I could do myself to be sure that everything moved in a positive way. I truly appreciated his honesty and direction.

I guess I spoke too soon I guess I spoke too soon. Of course to get your business everyone is nice. Then they do things without your consent. And expect you to be happy. You call for answers, they lie about what they are going to do. When you call the furnisher, they have no record of what Jason said he was going to do. When you call Jason for clarification they give you bs excuses and get you mixed up with the other cases they have. They dispute small accounts that you acknowledge are yours and that you are willing to pay instead of accounts that aren’t yours. And when you call to cancel they tell you they haven’t disputed large bogus accounts because of a small probability of success that they don’t tell you in the beginning. Now who would pay to get assistance when there’s a 19% and 33% probability of success per Jason, but none of the other 3 reputable credit repair agencies I contacted for consultation can give you such percentage and ask where Jason got this from?????????????Ha. Joke’s on me. You’ve been warned. Don’t trust these people. Do it on your own. That way you know what you are disputing and don’t have to play the guessing game with these overworked people. Don’t put your lives in their hands. It’s all good. You guys come up with round 1 disputes, you pay. They dispute easy stuff. Then They dispute what they want to dispute 2nd round without your knowledge or approval. That’s ridiculous. And when you get fed up you’re left scratching your head and get an email Saying they won’t refund you:Your comments regarding the matter have been noted, but this decision is final. No further consideration will be given to this claim for refund. I would report to the BBB. But they aren’t accredited. That should have been a warning.
