GBIn 6 months time, they did nothing! I employed DTR in September of 2015. In October of 2015, I sent them the many documents that they asked for. Two months later, they requested the SAME DOCUMENTS AGAIN and accused me of not sending the documents in October. In December, one of the attorneys that had Power of Attorney for us left Direct Tax Relief. We were informed of this by the IRS THREE WEEKS after he left DTR! After numerous phone calls and emails that were not returned, we finally got smart and hired someone else in April. In less than a month, our issue was straightened out and we owed even less than we originally thought. My advice: DO NOT HIRE DIRECT TAX RELIEF unless you want to spend more on interest and you don't want good service.

GBGREAT COMPANY TO WORK WITH I feel incredibly fortunate to have found Direct Tax Relief....because that's what they gave me....RELIEF....they helped me do just what was needed to submit a much needed Offer In Compromise, in a timely manner, and with care and kindness. And it worked great! It was submitted and I no longer have a Tax lien, and my offer was accepted! I loved working with all of them! And my RELIEF is monumental...
