Failed to deliver Russian Tourist Visa invitation letter It is written in TravelVisaPlus website that customers can get a Russian Tourist Visa invitation letter within 12 hours monday to friday after payment has been made. I made payment on sunday 21st April 2024 hoping to get the letter on monday 22nd April 2024 before the day runs out but I didn't hear from them up till now. I sent them email first through their website and secondly I also used their email address to sent mail again and I included the payment receipt. I expected a respond but they still haven't responded to me up till now. I'm disappointed.They have failed to deliver and they haven't responded to any of my emails. This is not good at all.
