Friendly and helpful Michael's office spent a considerable amount of time on the phone with me to counsel me in the best way to handle my case. Though they were unable to accept my case, they were still friendly and helpful and answered all of my questions without making feel like I was wasting their time.

At times I didn't know where to turn know what to do, but they helped me out with everything including finding doctors that to treatment without any upfront payment. At one point I realize that they really case is a Calling me all the time and asking me how I'm doing and how the treatment is helping me out. That was probably the key to the case, having that great communication between their office any and speaking to them 1 to 2 times a week. I know a lot of people probably wouldn't like this, but I appreciated that they called me so often

When accidents happen off the freeway. Other drivers should be very careful as they drive by. Don't slow down to look, just continue at a slower pace.
