Process is a struggle right now Going through the paperwork process now. So far, it hasn't been the best experience. When I submit a question for help, I receive a generic response that does not address my question at all. Chat support is never open and available, I have to call in or send an email. I had to resubmit my paperwork three times because the answers on my questionnaire were transcribed incorrectly finalized paperwork and each resubmission takes an additional 2 business days to edit (even if it's one field that is incorrect). I hope that this process will get smoother, but so far, I am not pleased with the experience or level of customer support.
