HORRIBLE PRODUCT & SERVICE Answered the questions, then the forms filled out were absolutely incorrect with both my answers and what needed to be answered. When I called their customer service WELL within their posted hours, I got voicemail for over 20 minutes. Finally just left a message asking to be called back the next day, never happened. ABSOLUTE RIP-OFF!!!

I think it would help if there was a… I think it would help if there was a PDF or electronic document to send to the spouse making easier for them to provide the need information. I just thankful my soon to be ex was in a good place to help provide her data. But overall user-friendly site

I FOUND THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF FILLING … I FOUND THE ENTIRE PROCESS OF FILLING OUT THE NECESSARY FORMS VERY EASY IN JUST A FEW HOURS, INCLUDING TIME TO CHECK OUT ACCOUNT NUMBERS AND BALANCES. I STILL HAVE TO REVIEW EVERYTHING SO I CAN'T COMMENT YET ON IF I NEED SOME ADVICE WHETHER THAT WILL GO AS SMOOTH. WELL WORTH THE MONEY!!!!!
