Not only were they so very quick to respond to us but they have explained everything throughout our whole process and no matter how many questions we have they are so understanding and they walk through everything with us so that we never feel that we are alone and have to figure things out by ourselves. They have been so wonderful through the worst possible times in our life when we lost our daughter they stepped in to help us. We are so grateful for them!

FAMILY COURT DIRECT IS AWFUL!!!!! After I paid $159 to join, for what was discosed as an urget representation/filing, Family Court Direct was late for their appointment call then told me it would take 2-3 weeks for a lawyer callback. MANAGER KELLY CROSS IS RUDE! THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE! I STILLL DO NOT HAVE MY REFUND! FCD is refusing to return my WASTED time! FCD DESERVES MINUS 50 STARS!!!!!!!!!!
