GBDon’t do it! Do not use this company. Go to your county’s website and do it yourself. They are slow to respond and seem to not know the basic laws though the side claims an attorney looks it over. And if you ask for anything outside their little canned documents, they tell you, you cannot use their services, after they’ve already taken the money mind you. And the form I asked for, when I completed the questionnaire, it told me to request it if I needed it! Now the paralegal, Lisa, was so loud and wrong because they completed my documents, after I already requested a refund, for the wrong county! I told them in the questionnaire what county it should have been for and provided all the dates of residences as well. I knew the county because I had already researched the laws, and spoken to 4 different GA attorneys who confirmed this! I should have done the paperwork myself and used the money I paid them to file. A complete waste of my time, effort and hard earned money. And the attorney that’s on my paperwork, of course I looked him up. Bad reviews. So now I see why it’s done this way… And they made me sign this agreement not to file a chargeback or anything on my credit card because I already filed for a refund with them. But trust I’m going to check into the legality of that.

GBIs this company really legit Is this company really legit? It's been 10 days since I submitted the online questionnaire. Everytime I call, it's either no-one picks up or a woman picks up and tells me it usually takes like 5 business days. I have waited more than 5 business days. I'm on the verge of asking for a refund. It's just unfortunate because I really liked the concept they presented online. Can anybody tell me how long it took to get the completed divorce forms.
