Amazing customer service Matthew Licka & Lacey Dunaway are awesome. They are currently helping me sort a credit crisis. No phone calls nor emails are left unanswered and are usually answered same day. They are very detailed about the process of fixing my credit including time frame, documents, what to do, what not to do, etc... Although credit repair is stressful, I am enjoying working with both Matthew and Lacey.

Helped when no one else could! Where to start. There was nobody that I talked to that could help with my Credit situation, that’s until I was introduced to Sally Odum with White,Jacob’s & Associate. Working with Sally was time consuming but worked out in a very positive way. They were able to get my credit situation taken care of and I am very grateful for that.
