I will say the price is a bit much especially when you need two signatures on the same document and they require separate documents for each signature. I would only use this service in an emergency. I do feel it is a safe online notary service as they do a lot of verification steps.

The only thing I did not like was verifying identity The only thing I did not like was trying to find an address to verify the person. My father was never associated with my childhood house in another state.

Waited almost 10 minutes just to find out there weren't any notaries available I had used this service a a few times in the past and it was great, but the last 2 times it was if there were not enough notaries online. Have been waiting several minutes with the screen saying "Connecting" and "Waiting for Agent". Even the live chat support took a few minutes to respond. And when they finally did respond, I was told "So sorry we currently do not have available notaries to perform notarization services". !?!? Then why did you let me put in all my info and wait 5 minutes in a queue? Last time it took almost 15 minutes to get someone connected. This is totally unacceptable, I will not be using them against and will not recommend this service to anyone else every again.
