ZWBest Tax company ever Best Tax company ever. The IRS can give you nightmares. I was having these nightmares and I needed assistance to clear up my taxes. I had a friend recommend Creative Tax Solutions. Right from the beginning the agent I dealt with was very professional. I was made to feel like the only client they had. They give you all the attention you need and keep you abreast to what is going on. They come up with the best solutions that work for you as an individual and their fee does not leave you broke. It is fair given the work they have to put in to pull you out of your taxes mess. I am truly grateful for their help and will recommend them to anyone else who lands themselves on the bad side of the IRS.

GBCTS finally responds I got a call from an unknown number this morning, and to my surprise, was CTS!! It was a man, NOT Adam H., telling me he sent me the results in November. That to give a call to if I have any questions. This made me go back and look in my e-mails. There it was Trust-Pilot with a response from CTS!! I NEVER said I had been CALLING Adam, I have been texting Adam. I have the texts to prove it. Why would an organization like Trust-Pilot make you so insecure, that only after reading my comments about you, that you reach out to me? You are still taking my payment out of my credit card! Why has the IRS not sent me their copy? You said in your voicemail, that my case was closed, yet again, where is my paperwork? Sometimes, when you are wrong, just admit your mistake, and learn from it. I thank you for dropping my payment to $25.00, however young man, if I have no paperwork to explain why I am paying this, then I'm wasting valuable money. I'm on SSDI, and that's a very limited income. That $25.00 could buy me a loaf of bread, and milk. Shame on you young man.Correction, I've been emailing Adam H. Not texting.

GBI have been working with Ambra for a… I have been working with Ambra for a year or two . She has been nothing but patient and respectful with me Ambra has relived some of my stress when it comes too understanding the process of this. We are done with the state just waiting on a resolution from the irs.Thanks Ambra
