Hard to contact Hard to contact. Been trying to talk to them about removing an debt because that account has been paid off due to a refund. I submitted my first payment and nothing on their website reflects this. No one will answer me and I'm getting concerned. Hardest Part is NOT paying your bills… Hardest Part is NOT paying your bills on time! I was pushed over to deciding to do this, because of my house fire and being broke when I needed financial help- had several credit cards....some had money to spend. The Card companies will give more credit to me but WOULD NOT give me a break on payment amount or a vacation from their billing without adding interest any way! When you are finally feeling betrayed.......you're gonna pull the "trigger" on this!
