Even their fees have fees! On the BBB watch list I gave them 1300, they kept 1000 for themselves and sent only 300 to my creditors for 2 settlements. Then the Settlements got voided when I quit the program and they kept all of my money in fees, fees, and more fees. I urge you not to use these guys.

Hard to contact Hard to contact. Been trying to talk to them about removing an debt because that account has been paid off due to a refund. I submitted my first payment and nothing on their website reflects this. No one will answer me and I'm getting concerned. REVISED REVIEW: After speaking with support, I have gotten my issues resolved. I look forward to working with this ream further.

So far so good. So far, so good. I enrolled about 17,000 dollars. I still have some loans that need to be enrolled but am waiting. Just had my first creditor file a lawsuit, (one that had opened a different account under my name w/o letting me know.) And Turnbull was very helpful, we're hoping to keep this one out of court. They have already settled 6 accounts for me. Your credit score will take a hit, but it should start going back up once the 'bad' marks and collections get taken off of your credit report.
