GBNissan Versa '24 LEMON I was having trouble with a Nissan Versa '24 lemon for about 4 months from the day I purchased it and getting nowhere with the dealership or service department, who resolved the safety concerns of the headlights dimming to a very low brightness while cruising at night as "operating per design". I was confounded by the lack of accountability or care they have for their customers and others on the road. Since they refused to recognize this as a design flaw, I contacted the Lemon Group as my last attempt for help. The very next business day the Lemon Group called me and took over from that day through completion! They completely lifted the burden of stress and constant worrying about my safety and others on the road due to the faulty safety issues with the vehicle. They walked me through each step of the way and kept me up-to-date constantly! I cannot thank Ted Buffington, Annie Jara and Brooks Siegel enough for all of their support and outstanding service!!! I am so thankful New Hampshire residents have a group that supports us; especially when it comes to our safety!

GBHeadache to Happy in 90 days From the point of contact, to the pay off of my vehicle, everything was a smooth and fairly simply process. 30-90 days was on the mark for getting everything taken care of. At first I was sure it was going to be a fight but 30 days in the manufacturer agreed to my terms, and 90 days. Everything was completely taken care of. Everyone at the firm was very nice and straight forward with me and I don't think I'd go anywhere else if I have another issue like this again.
