GBDeceptive and Extremely unhelpful Extremely unhelpful, non communicative, you can't get ahold of anyone, and they act this way in order to hide from any repercussions from their deceptive false advertising in their pricing plans, they promise you one thing for $99, then they bait and switch and try to charge you $350 for what the promised for $99, then they obfuscate and lie to try to get away with it, and hide behind their "policy" Lying thieves, is what they are Do not fall for their deceit

GBDo not use their service! Do not use their service!! I paid over $300 total for them to file my small claim papers. Waited almost 6 months for my court date. I arrived to court, and the judge instantly dismissed my whole case because the papers were filed incomplete. I contacted customer support, and they said it was a software issue on their end. They didn’t offer me any solution. No re-file, or no refund. Complete waste of money, but more importantly TIME! Save your time, and choose a different company.

GBI love them I love them, they made filing the small claims case and the service of process very easy. It was very stress free. I had to sue my own cousin for non payment of rent plus thousands in property damage and stolen property. It was stressful for me to think about flying to Nevada to file the case and do service of process. I found Dispute online and they bundled servo and the filing for only $349. I got a personal concierge that was a really nice touch and everything went smoothly from the filing to the service. I am pretty confident I will prevail in court.

GBSCAM: This service simply does not work This service simply does not work, they did not deliver on their promise and simply said "hey, we just send the letter, we cannot guarantee delivery". My recourse was to pay them to send a second letter. Customer service could have resolved this easily, but chose not to. Although everything else I have sent to the address has been successfully delivered, the extra $5 for them to fix this is over-ridden by their profit margin. This is not a reputable business, avoid
