GBDo not use their service! Do not use their service!! I paid over $300 total for them to file my small claim papers. Waited almost 6 months for my court date. I arrived to court, and the judge instantly dismissed my whole case because the papers were filed incomplete. I contacted customer support, and they said it was a software issue on their end. They didn’t offer me any solution. No re-file, or no refund. Complete waste of money, but more importantly TIME! Save your time, and choose a different company.

GBI used Dispute to file a small claim… I used Dispute to file a small claim case against a former roommate who wouldn’t return my security deposit. They made it extremely simple and I didn’t have to go to the courthouse. Will definitely use them next time I need to recover money.
